RETURN POLICY
Return Window
For all regular or promotional priced items, our return window is 30-day from the day you receive your order. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
For items purchased between November 20 to December 31 of a given year, it is possible to return items January 31 of the next year.
Return Condition
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging, with all tags, literature/documentation, and accessories included. Tried it on a ride or adventure? If it's used, it unfortunately can't come back.
Note that the original shipping charges and any applicable taxes on the original shipping charges will not be refunded, except in case of an error by BRP.
Return Processes
Parcel Return
1. Request a return: In your shipping confirmation email, you'll find a link to our self-service portal to complete.
2. Get Your Label: Upon completion of step 1, we will email you a prepaid printable label and your return confirmation. Each of our return mailing labels corresponds to a specific shipment. To ensure you get the right refund, please avoid mixing items from different orders or separate shipments from the same order in one box. Remember, every shipment needs its own dedicated mailing label.
3. Send It Off: Leave your package at any participating UPS drop-off points in the US.
4. Get refunded: We'll refund you via your original payment method within 5-10 days of your return reaching us. Returns may be subjected to a $25 return fee.
Return of Parcel Items Delivered by Freight (Mixed Orders)
If you only return parcel items included in the freight delivery, you can request a return using the return request link provided in the shipping confirmation email and follow the steps detailed in the Parcel Return section above.
Freight Return
1. Request a return: To request a return for freight items, please contact our customer service team at 1 (888) 272-9222 to begin the process. After providing your availability, you will receive instructions for the freight return pick-up in the return request email.
2. Send It Off: Upon completion of step 1, you will receive a return confirmation email from BRP. The carrier will come during the planned time. You need to write down the return tracking number on the right package using information from the pick-up confirmation email. The driver will apply all required labels at the moment of pick-up. The Items need to be securely packed on sturdy pallets to ensure proper processing. Damaged or improperly packed shipments may be refused by the carrier, and additional fees could be incurred.
If you need to make a modification to return pickup after receiving the carrier pickup confirmation email, please contact BRP customer service.
Due to the weight and size of certain items, customers are encouraged to arrange for appropriate assistance or equipment during delivery and return to avoid injury. BRP is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the handling of these items. We suggest you keep your pallet for return shipment.
3. Get refunded: We'll refund you via your original payment method within 5-10 days after your return reaches us. Returns may be subjected to a $119 return fee.
